ANJU Kids furniture is prepared to order based on the size, configuration and finish selected. Please check all product measurements and access requirements before ordering.

Change of mind and incorrect selection

We do not accept returns for change of mind, incorrect size selection or other non-defect reasons once production or order preparation has begun. Contact us as soon as possible if you need to change or cancel an order; we will confirm whether the request can still be accommodated.

Damage, defects or incorrect items

Please inspect the furniture at delivery and installation. For visible delivery damage or an incorrect item, notify us as soon as possible, preferably within 48 hours, with your order number and clear photographs. This reporting request does not limit any rights available under Singapore law.

Where goods are defective or do not conform to the order, we will assess the issue and, as appropriate, arrange repair or replacement. If repair or replacement cannot be completed within a reasonable time or without significant inconvenience, an appropriate price reduction or refund may be offered in accordance with applicable Singapore law.

Items not eligible

We cannot accept returns for damage caused by misuse, improper care, unauthorised modification or repair, normal wear and tear, or faults disclosed before purchase.

Refunds

Approved refunds are made to the original payment method. Processing time may vary by payment provider.
