Standard Delivery & Installation Included
The listed product price includes one scheduled delivery trip and standard installation within mainland Singapore, provided there is direct and unobstructed lift access.
What is included

Non-lift and staircase access
Carry-up charges apply per product, per non-lift-accessible level:
- Kids study desk: S$15 per item, per level
- Standard kids bed: S$20 per item, per level
- Bunk bed, loft bed or heavy storage bed: S$30 per item, per level
Four steps or fewer are free. Carry-up service is limited to a maximum of three non-lift-accessible levels and is subject to a safety and access assessment. Our team may decline or reschedule a delivery if the route is unsafe or the item cannot be carried without unreasonable risk of injury or damage.
Restricted locations
A S$30 surcharge per order applies to Sentosa, Jurong Island, Tuas, military camps and other restricted-access locations.
Rescheduling and failed delivery
- Changes made at least three working days before delivery: free
- Changes made fewer than three working days before delivery: S$60 per order
- Same-day cancellation, no one available to receive the order, missing building access approval, incorrect access information or another customer-caused failed delivery: S$80 per order
Any applicable staircase or restricted-location charge will also apply to a new delivery trip.
Waiting time and additional services
- The first 15 minutes of waiting time are free; S$10 is charged for every additional 15 minutes or part thereof.
- A separate return visit for installation is S$80.
- Wall drilling, custom alterations, dismantling or disposal of existing furniture, and special reinforcement are not included and will be quoted separately.
Before delivery
Please measure doorways, lifts, corridors, staircases and the intended room before ordering. Customers are responsible for arranging any condominium, building-management or restricted-area delivery approvals before the scheduled date.
Please inspect your furniture after installation and contact us promptly if anything is missing or damaged.
GST
ANJU Kids is not currently GST-registered. All prices and additional charges shown are the final amounts payable in Singapore dollars. No GST is currently charged.
