These terms apply to purchases from ANJU Kids through anjukids.com. By placing an order, you agree to these terms together with our Privacy Policy, Return and Refund Policy, and Shipping Policy.

Products and measurements

Product colours may vary slightly because of natural wood grain, screen settings and manufacturing batches. Measurements are approximate. Customers are responsible for checking product dimensions and access routes before ordering.

Orders and payment

Orders are accepted when payment is successfully received and we confirm the order. We may contact you to verify product configuration, delivery details or access conditions. If we cannot accept an order, we will notify you and arrange any applicable refund.

Prices and tax

Prices are in Singapore dollars unless otherwise stated. No GST is currently charged. Any additional access or non-standard installation charges will be communicated separately.

Delivery and installation

Estimated delivery and installation is approximately 20 days after order confirmation. Delivery appointments, access requirements and included installation are described in our Shipping Policy.

Cancellations and changes

Contact us immediately if you need to change or cancel an order. Because furniture may be prepared to order, changes or cancellations might not be possible after production or preparation begins. This does not affect rights relating to defective or non-conforming goods under applicable law.

Proper use and safety

Customers must follow product and installation guidance, supervise children appropriately and avoid unauthorised modifications. Do not use furniture that appears damaged or unsafe; contact us promptly.
